We serve our customers' supply chains with our infrastructure encompassing over 7000 sq. ft. of plant facilities that houses a combination of different dimension single screw extruders along with in-house design, Manufacturing and tool making capacity. The plant operates continuously on an 18 x 6 day schedule with the ability to flex up to a 7-day schedule, as demand requires. The shop operation is ISO 9001 registered.

Blending:
The in-house blending and mixing equipment system provides a heat free method for a thorough and even blending process of all raw materials. This blending process ensures an even distribution and consistency of all the polymer raw materials in every cycle. Using oursmall 15 Kilograms andlarge 30kilograms capacity blending equipment, we can mix virtually any custom formulation that the customer request. Our powder blending facility has the capacity to blend up to 45kg batches ensuring product consistency. The goal is to be as flexible as we can to accommodate our customers’ needs.
